This is a brilliant album! But then how could it not be with Tenzin Choegyals amazing vocals. I saw these guys at Bellingen Global Carnival and all I can say is I hope this is the first of many albums to come. Such simple, pure and truly uplifing music. Congratulations! It’s magic!

Yesterday I ran the 2010 Bridge To Brisbane while all the time listening to “Music Is Life” (I clocked the 10 km fun run in 51 minutes); the music was inspirational (especially running over the Inner-City-Bypass with ‘Dawey Wola’ in my ears)!

Hi Cieavash,

I was wondering if you could help me. I am looking for a Ney tutor that can teach me how to play Ney (preferably Arabic style) in the Brisbane area. I have been playing for a short while, have a full set of Neys (7) that I bought from the Cairo Opera House a year ago, and was taking lessons up until I moved to Australia from England in January 2010. I would clasify myself as a beginner. Would you be able to offer lessons, or if not, do you know anyone else that plays Nay in the region?
